Ingredients: Eucommia bark extract dry (Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.). Naringin. Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose. Bamboo shoots extract dry (Bambusa bambos (L.) Voss), Manganese gluconate, Nigella seeds plv. (Nigella sativa (L.)). Anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. Zinc oxide, Copper gluconate, Boric acid, Chromium picolinate.

Directions for use: 1 tablet per day to be swallowed with a large sip of water
