Cod liver oil cold extracted (TIT. 20% PUFA), food gelatin, glycerin, Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol).

Physiological effect
Replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels.

Daily content of vitamins:
Vit. A 360 mcg (45% VNR), Vit. D 4.2 mcg (84% VNR), Vit. E 30 mg (250% VNR)

Daily content of cod liver oil:
1.5g of cod liver oil.

Recommended daily dose
3 pearls a day divided into three meals
