Physiological effect
A daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA contributes to normal heart function.

Content per daily dose of oils: Fish oil 1350 mg (243 mg of EPA and 162 mg of DHA); Evening primrose oil 1350 mg (127 mg of gammalinolenic acid); Olive oil 300 mg (24 mg of polyunsaturated fatty acids).

Content per daily dose of vitamins: Vit. E 12 mg (equal to 100% NRV).

Recommended daily dose
6 pearls a day divided between the three meals.
