Indications for use

Apply the gel to the affected area as often as needed.

Massage: It is indicated for sports and physiotherapy massage as the massage favors the penetration of the active ingredients.
Wrap: Make a compress by applying 2-3 mm of gel and wrapping with absorbent paper and then covering with a warm cloth.
