COMPOSITION: Green Clay: purifying, absorbent; arnica extract: anti-inflammatory, analgesic; horse chestnut extract: vasoprotective, it decreases the swelling; calendula extract: soothing, decongestant; turmeric extract: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial; comfrey extract: anti-inflammatory, anti-rheumatic, healing and soothing; essential oil of wintergreen: antirheumatic and analgesic; frankincense essential oil: antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, astringent and haemostatic; vegetable glycerol: moisturizing, humectant.

HOW TO USE: Apply directly on clean skin, until you get the desired thickness. On areas covered with hair you can put a thin gauze between the poultice and skin. To get a better result it is good to secure the poultice with a bandage to keep it still. The duration of the application varies from half an hour to two hours. Remove the poultice with water when cold has become hot, or when “pulls” the skin.
